FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines of FIG. 2, FIG. 5, and FIG. 8 illustrate portions of the portable data collector which form no part of the claimed design.
