The dotted lines shown in FIG. 1 represent perforations and form no part of the claimed design.

The stippled areas represent areas that contrast to the adjacent non-stippled areas.

The vertical and horizontal shade lines are used to show that the surface is substantially flat and not to be interpreted as surface ornamentation.
