FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the cushion insole of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of the cushion insole of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear perspective view of the cushion insole of FIG. 1.

A cushion insole for use on the left foot will have views which are mirror images of FIGS. 1-8.

The broken lines shown in the drawings represent portions of the cushion insole that form no part of the claimed design.
