The dashed lines along the periphery depict stitching and form no part of the design. The cross hatch shading depicts a dark surface ornamentation and the diagonal shade lines depict a transparent surface.

CLAIM I claim the ornamental design for a vehicle window shade with a transparent surface, as shown and described.
