This is a continuation-in-part of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 12/731,803 filed on Mar. 25, 2010 entitled "Adjustable Nasal Prong and Headgear Assembly," the contents of which are incorporated by reference herein.

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof; and,
