The broken-line outline of a circle shown with a short-and-long dash pattern in FIGS. 1-6 illustrates the bounds of the icon and forms no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the image transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1-6. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated icon, as shown and described.
