FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the water cooling fan in use.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 depict parts of the water cooling fan that form no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 9 illustrate environmental structure and form of the water cooling fan which forms no part of the claimed design.
