FIG. 1 is a front view of the name tag of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the name tag of FIG. 1, with the broken lines removed for clarity of disclosure;

FIG. 3 is a front view of the name tag of FIG. 1, disposed in a transparent holder;

FIG. 4 is a back view of the name tag of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a left side view of the name tag of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a right side view of the name tag of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a top side view of the name tag of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom side view of the name tag of FIG. 1.

The broken lines in the drawings form no part of the claimed design, and are included for the purpose of illustrating (1) the location of a person's name, title, city/state of residence, and several photos in the name tag of the claimed design in FIGS. 1 and 3; and (2) a transparent holder in which the claimed name tag may be held in FIG. 3.
