FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view of the three-dimensional skullcap removed from the rear of the cell phone protector case illustrating the rear view of the three-dimensional skullcap and the rear view of the exterior rear portion of the cell phone protector case; and,

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view of the three-dimensional skullcap removed from the cell phone protector case showing the front view of the three-dimensional skullcap and the front view of the cell phone protector case.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a cell phone protector case with three dimensional skull, as shown and described.
