The broken line showing of the blades illustrates the environment of the claimed design and forms no part thereof. The broken line showing of portions of the handles for a cutting Instrument illustrate portions of the handles for a cutting instrument which forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM We claim the ornamental design for a set of handles for a cutting instrument, as shown and described.
