FIG. 1 is a front orthogonal view of a towel with pockets showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear orthogonal view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front orthogonal view thereof shown on a lounge chair;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof shown on back of a lounge chair;

FIG. 5 is a right elevational view thereof; the left elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a front orthogonal view of a second embodiment of towel with pockets showing my new design; rear view thereof shown on back of a lounge chair, right elevational view (left elevational view being a mirror image thereof) are as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 respectively.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1, 3 and 7 on the towel pockets are surface treatments not part of the claimed design. The broken lines showing a lounge chair, in FIGS. 3 and 4, and water bottle and magazine in FIG. 3 are not part of the claimed design. The portions of the rear of the embodiment in FIG. 7, not shown, form no part of the claimed design.
