FIG. 3 is a front view of the third image in the sequence for a computer display screen with an animated graphical user interface.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The gridded patterned lines and the broken line showing of the text are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the computer display screen with an animated graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of the display screen is for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a computer display screen with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
