FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is an environmental perspective view thereof showing an associated needle retained thereby.

The broken line showing of the needle in FIG. 8 and the broken lines in other parts of the drawings is included for the purpose of illustrating use and environment and forms no part of the claimed design.
