FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a left side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof showing use of our new design.

In the drawings, the broken lines depict unclaimed subject matter only and form no part of the claimed design.

The present article is an exhaust gas purifying device which is mounted to a diesel engine or the like. The exhaust gas purifying device is provided with an oxidation catalyst portion, an exhaust gas inlet pipe which is connected to an exhaust pipe of the diesel engine or the like, and an exhaust gas outlet pipe which connects a tail pipe, and the exhaust gas purifying device is attached to an oil sump of the diesel engine.
