FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a cross-section view taken along the line 5-5 in FIG. 2.

A rear elevational view, a left side elevational view and a right side elevational view are same with the front elevational view (FIG. 2).
