FIG. 2 is a front view of the adapter with the rear view being an identical image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a right side view of the adapter with the left side view being an identical image thereof.

FIG. 4 is a top view of the adapter; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the adapter.

CLAIM The ornamental design for an adapter for a liquid dispensing syringe, as shown and described.
