FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a buoyant snorkel tow rope with handles, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left-side elevational view thereof, the right-side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view thereof, taken along line 4-4 of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof.

The break lines shown in FIGS. 1-3 illustrate that the tow rope may have a plurality of the repeating handle sections, and the area between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
