FIG. 3 is a first side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a second side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top perspective view of FIG. 1 shown in an open position thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom perspective view thereof shown in use condition.

The broken line showing of various surface features is included for the purpose of illustrating portions of a base for a device and the broken line showing of a device in FIG. 8 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
