FIG. 6 is a front rear view of the cap.

FIG. 7 is a front view of the cap; and,

FIG. 8 is a cross sectional view of the cap taken along line 8-8 of FIG. 5 to illustrate the configuration of the exterior surface of the cap not apparent from the other views of the cap.
