FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view thereof, shown in use.

The broken line showing of the electronic device is included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a watchband and clip for mounting of an electronic display and sound reproduction device, as shown and described.
