FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front bottom right isometric view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a side elevation view of the writing instrument shown in FIG. 1 but with the cap removed, showing the writing end as claimed;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 12 is an enlarged bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 13 is an enlarged top plan view thereof;

FIG. 14 is a right side view of the cap of the pen in FIG. 1 with the entire cap shown as unclaimed;

FIG. 15 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 14;

FIG. 16 is a front elevation view of FIG. 14;

FIG. 17 is a rear elevation view of FIG. 14; and,

FIG. 18 is a right side elevation view of the pen shown in FIG. 1. The disclaimed cap is shown removed from the writing end and is shown covering the stylus end of the pen. The left side view of FIG. 19 is a mirror image of the right side view.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1, 3-8, and 14-18 illustrate environmental subject matter and form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM I claim the ornamental design for the stylus pen with ballpoint pen, as shown and described.
