FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof, showing both doors open;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of FIG. 8; and,

FIG. 10 is a left-side elevational view of FIG. 8, the right-side elevational view being a mirror image thereof.

The broken lines showing mannequines and wigs in FIG. 8 depict environmental matter and form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM I claim the ornamental design for a wig chiffarobe cabinet, as shown and described.
