This application claims the priority of nonprovisional patent application Ser. No. 12/873,892, entitled "Dual Compartment Sandwich Container and Method of Making Same", which was filed on Sep. 1, 2010 and which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety. This application further claims the priority of nonprovisional patent application Ser. No. 12/873,916, entitled "Dual Compartment Sandwich Container and Method of Making Same", which was filed on Sep. 1, 2010 and which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.

FIG. 1 is a perspective, partially exploded view of our new dual compartment sandwich container in an open position and having a top section with a least a portion of a latching mechanism, an at least partially removable tray section, an adjustable and reversible divider section hingedly coupled to the top section, and a bottom section hingedly coupled to the top section with another portion of the latching mechanism.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the dual compartment sandwich container in an open position with the tray section positioned within the bottom section.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the dual compartment sandwich container in a fully closed position.

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view of the dual compartment sandwich container in a fully closed position.

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view of the dual compartment sandwich container in a fully closed position.

FIG. 6 is a right side elevation view of the dual compartment sandwich container in a fully closed position.
