FIG. 1 is a front view of a first state in a sequence for a portion of a display with a transitional user interface, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged front view of the first state in the sequence thereof;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged front view of a second state in the sequence thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged front view of a third state in the sequence thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view of a second embodiment showing the first state in a sequence for a portion of a display with a transitional graphical user interface;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged front view of the first state in the sequence thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged front view of a second state in the sequence thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is an enlarged front view of a third state in the sequence thereof.

The appearance of the portion of the display with a transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 2-4. The appearance of the second embodiment of the portion of the display with a transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 6-8. The process or period in which any image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken line showings of the portion of a display are for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design.
