FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the interior surfaces opposite
those shown in FIG. 3;
FIG. 6 is fan enlarged scale bottom end view of FIGS. 3-5; and,
FIG. 7 is fan enlarged scale top end view of FIGS. 3-5.
