FIG. 5 is an enlarged front view of a fourth embodiment
thereof;
FIG. 6 is an enlarged front view of a fifth embodiment thereof;
FIG. 7 is an enlarged front view of a sixth embodiment thereof;
and,
FIG. 8 is an enlarged front view of a seventh embodiment
thereof.
The different types of shading shown in FIGS. 3-8 represent a
contrast of appearance. The broken line showings of the medical
device are for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure
and form no part of the claimed design.
