FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the lipstick bullet shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view of the lipstick bullet shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the lipstick bullet shown in FIG. 1.

The broken lines showing a cup shaped support base illustrate environmental structure that forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a lipstick bullet, substantially as shown and described.
