Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an outlet plate showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a first end view thereof, the opposite end being a mirror image of the end shown;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a first side view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of the side shown.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 is included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the outlet plate and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for an outlet plate, as shown and described.
