Description



FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a tile showing my design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the lower right quadrant of the top plan view of the tile of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the lower left quadrant of the top plan view of the tile of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the upper right quadrant of the top plan view of the tile of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the upper left quadrant of the top plan view of the tile of FIG. 1.

The design is a depiction of a balanced plain weave having crossed threads wherein the warp and weft are aligned so they form a simple criss-cross pattern wherein each weft thread crosses the warp threads by going over one, then under the next, and so on. The next weft thread goes under the warp threads that its neighbor went over, and vice versa.

Side and bottom views of the tile are not presented because they are not part of the claimed design.

The tile according to an embodiment of the invention as illustrated in FIGS. 1-5, while not limited to, may be used as covering for walls or other surfaces.

FIGS. 1-5 are all black and white photographs. Color is not part of the design.
