FIG. 5 is a top perspective view thereof from the opposite end;

FIG. 6 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a side elevation view thereof, the opposite side is identical thereto; and,

FIG. 10 is an end elevation view thereof.

The dot-dash broken lines shown in the figures represent fold lines.
