FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating the environment and form no part of the claimed design.

The front view of all embodiments is the same as FIG. 3.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a combined power module and cover for portable electronic devices, as shown and described.
