FIG. 4 is a further side elevational view thereof with the ballpoint pen rotated 90.degree.;

FIG. 5 is a further side elevational view with the ballpoint pen rotated a further 90.degree.; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof with the ballpoint pen rotated still another 90.degree..
