FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a holder for a flat computer in accordance with my design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof, but with a flat computer shown in broken lines; and,

FIG. 9 is a front perspective view of FIG. 1, but shown with a portion in an alternate position.

The broken line showing of a flat computer is included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a holder for a flat computer, as shown and described.
