FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view thereof including a base and an energy absorbing insert;

FIG. 8 is an exploded left side elevation view thereof including a base and an energy absorbing insert;

FIG. 9 is a perspective view thereof including a base; and,

FIG. 10 is a left side elevation view thereof including a base.

The broken lines immediately adjacent the shaded areas represent the bounds of the claimed design while all other broken lines are directed to environment and are for illustrative purposes only; the broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
