FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the vehicle bumper of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a side view of the vehicle bumper taken from the left side of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a side view of the vehicle bumper taken from the right side of FIG. 1.

The rear of the vehicle bumper is unornamented.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 form no part of the claimed design.
