FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a mail parcel bin for a door showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof wherein the mail parcel bin is engaged with a door in a used condition.

The broken lines showing of parts of the drawings is included for the purpose of illustrating use and environment and forms no part of the claimed design.
