FIG. 4 is a rear orthogonal view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side orthogonal view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an opposite side orthogonal view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top orthogonal view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom orthogonal view thereof.

CLAIM The new design for a portable device holder with a hand compartment, as shown and described.
