FIG. 1 is an orthographic view of a cell-phone cover having an articulated finger-grasping ring showing my new design. The cell-phone cover is shown prior to being attached to a cell-phone which is shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, shown with the finger-grasping ring retracted into the cover;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view shown with the finger-grasping ring angularly extended from the cover;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view shown with the finger-grasping ring vertically extended from the cover;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view shown with the finger-grasping ring extended from the cover; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view shown with the finger-grasping ring extended from the cover.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a cell-phone cover having an articulated finger-grasping ring, as shown and described.
