FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the tool merchandiser of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a right side perspective view of a second embodiment of a tool merchandiser showing our new design, the left side being a mirror image of the right side and all other views of the second embodiment being the same as those of the first embodiment as depicted in FIGS. 2, 4 and 5.
