FIG. 5 is a right-side elevational view thereof, illustrated in the flat configuration;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof, illustrated in the flat configuration;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof, illustrated in the flat configuration; and,

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view thereof, illustrated in the assembled configuration.

The broken lines showing a dog in FIG. 1 are included for the purpose of illustrating the invention in use, and form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM We claim the ornamental design for an Elizabethan pet collar, as shown and described.
