The present application also claims priority under 35 U.S.C. .sctn. 120 to co-pending Patent Cooperation Treaty ("PCT") application Ser. No. PCT/US08/88656, entitled "Adjustable Shape Earphone," filed Dec. 31, 2008, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated by reference herein.
