FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being identical

FIG. 5 is an enlarged bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is an enlarged top view thereof.

The broken line showing portion of the intramedullary medical device is included for illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.
