FIG. 9 is a detail top perspective view of a bracket region thereof;

FIG. 10 is a detail bottom perspective view of a bracket region thereof; and,

FIG. 11 is rear perspective view thereof.

The right side elevational view of the design is a mirror image of the left, and is therefore not shown. In the drawings, the broken lines in FIG. 11 depict a truck and form no part of the claimed design.
