Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image of an animated graphical user interface for a display screen or portion thereof showing our new design; and,

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image thereof.

The appearance of the image transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1-2. The process or period in which an image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines showing a display screen or portion thereof, the text and other elements in the Figures form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for an animated graphical user interface for a display screen or portion thereof, as shown and described.
