This application claims the benefit of United States patent application Ser. No. 11/244,723, filed Oct. 5, 2005, and entitled, "Tile with Multiple-Level Surface," is incorporated by reference in its entirety herein.

FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view of a modular synthetic floor tile in accordance with of the present invention, the floor tile having a multiple-level surface, and structural members of the upper surface and perimeter having rounded edges;

FIG. 2 illustrates a detailed perspective view of the modular synthetic floor tile of FIG.

FIG. 3 illustrates a top view of the modular synthetic floor tile of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 illustrates a bottom view of the modular synthetic floor tile of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 illustrates a first side view of the modular synthetic floor tile of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 illustrates a second side view of the modular synthetic floor tile of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 illustrates a third side view of the modular synthetic floor tile of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 illustrates a fourth side view of the modular synthetic floor tile of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 9 illustrates a sectional view, taken along lines 9--9 of FIG. 3, of the modular synthetic floor tile of FIG. 1, shown to clarify the claimed design, and to illustrate the configuration of the upper surface of the claimed design.
