FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the cover shown separately for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 8 is a right side view of FIG. 7, the left side view being a mirror image;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 7; and,

FIG. 10 is a front view of FIG. 7, the rear view being a mirror image.
