The dashed lines in the Figures depict unclaimed portions of the design. The dashed lines and the structure they depict form no part of the claimed design. The dash-dot-dash lines in FIGS. 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 define the boundary of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design.
