FIG. 1 is a front view of the electrode patch; and,

FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof.

The sides are of no substantial thickness, and the corresponding views are therefore omitted.

The five elongated oval shapes and portions of the external edges seen in FIGS. 1 2, a portion of the conductive tracings leading from the two lower electrodes seen in FIG. 1, the conductive tracings seen in FIG. 2, and the insulation around the periphery of the conductive tracings seen in FIG. 1 are all shown in broken lines and form no part of the claimed design.
