FIG. 3 is a back elevation view of the dumbbell weight plate of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the dumbbell weight plate of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a left elevation view of the dumbbell weight plate of FIG. 1 with the right elevation view a mirror image of the left elevation view; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the dumbbell weight plate of FIG. 1.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a dumbbell weight plate, as shown and described.
