FIG. 5 is a back end plan view thereof without the lanyards;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof in an engaged state; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof in an engaged state.

CLAIM An ornamental design for a theft deterrent tag having crossing lanyard for use with articles, as shown and described.
